Result of Annual General Meeting
Iofina, specialists in the exploration and production of iodine and manufacturers of specialty chemical products, announces that at its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday 30 June 2020 as a closed meeting in response to the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, all resolutions put to the meeting, were duly passed.
The full text of the resolutions considered at the AGM are contained in the Notice of AGM published on 27 May 2020 which is available on the Company’s website at www.iofina.com. Additionally, Iofina intends to provide a corporate update presentation this week on the Company’s website.
